DivorceCare:  Coming Again Soon!!

Divorced?  Separated?  Is Someone YOU know hurting?  Whose life is Upside-Down?

DivorceCare begins on Thursday, September 9 at 7:00pm and runs for eleven sessions up thru November 18th.  This national program consists of biblically based videos on such topics as Facing My Loneliness, Anger, Childcare, Financial Survival, Forgiveness, etc.  Bob Prior and Sandy Powell will be leading this support group for this, Bethel Presbyterian’s fifth year.

Comments from former participants include the following:

·         “The support group was amazing--different people experiencing this horrible event and sharing their stories and how they are getting through it”

·         “I cry less than I did before”

·         “I pray a lot more now”

·         “I don’t feel the terrible anger as often as I used to”

A unique feature of Bethel’s particular seminar is that the children of the participants, ages 7-16, are helped by a professional art therapist.  Babysitting is provided if needed for younger children.

The cost of the DivorceCare Seminar is just $12.00 which includes a workbook.  Please tell any of your friends or loved ones that are either divorced or separated.

Pick up a brochure from the church foyer or call Mary Beth 614.451.4975 x101  at the Church for info to be mailed to you.   You may also contact the church to sign up, or register your interest online at www.BethelPresbyterian.com, click on the DivorceCare button.
